I’ve spent 15 years leading HR and organizational work inside PE-backed oil and gas and energy services companies, from the executive table to the job site.

I’m a systems thinker. When an integration stalls, turnover climbs, or margins slip as a company grows, I look past the symptom to the root cause. It’s usually a gap in structure, decision rights, or leadership that nobody has named yet. I find it, show leadership what it’s costing them, and help them fix it.

I speak operations. Most of my work is closing the gap between what the executive team intends and what actually happens in the field.

I hold an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
